Welcome to the Napa County Special Education Local Plan Area (Napa County SELPA) website.

 

The Napa County SELPA partners with school districts, charter schools, and community organizations to support students with disabilities and the families and educators who serve them. We are committed to strengthening high-quality special education programs and ensuring meaningful access to services that help every student learn, grow, and succeed. Our work is grounded in the belief that all children have unique strengths and deserve the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

2025-26 Community Advisory Committee
Meeting Dates:

The Napa SELPA Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings for 2025-2026 will take place on the following dates:

 

  • 9/15/25

  • 10/20/25

  • 11/17/25

  • 2/2/26

  • 3/23/26=

  • 4/20/26

  • 5/18/26

 

All meetings take place from 5:30- 6:30 and will be held virtually. Spanish translation is provided.
